Shipping Policy – Fawn & Finch

At Fawn & Finch, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process for both domestic and international orders.


📦 Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • During busy periods (sales, launches, or holidays), please allow up to 5–7 business days for processing.

  • You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


🇦🇺 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We use trusted carrier Australia Post  for all Australian orders.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary based on your location.


🌍 International Shipping

We use trusted carrier Australia Post  for all  orders. We ship to New Zealand, the United States, and other international destinations.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • All international parcels are shipped with tracking.

  • Delivery timeframes may vary depending on customs clearance and location. 


💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping is a flat rate, calculated  at checkout based on destination.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions – be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date.


🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

  • If duties are refused and the parcel is returned or destroyed, no refunds will be issued.


📭 Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking number (included in your shipping confirmation).

  2. Contact the delivery carrier directly.

  3. If you're still having trouble, contact us at hello@fawnandfinch.com.au and we’ll do our best to help.

Please note: Once an order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any delays caused by postal services or customs processing.


📦 Split Shipments

If you’ve ordered both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will ship once all items are ready.
Need in-stock items sooner? Email us to request a split shipment. A flat $10 shipping fee applies for the second delivery.
